Double femicide in the night in Arezzo.

A man of North African descent killed his wife and mother-in-law at the height of a quarrel that degenerated into tragedy.

The couple's children, minors, were present in the apartment when the attack took place and it would have been the oldest to raise the alarm by calling the police.

After committing the murders, the man escaped up the stairs taking refuge in a square. He was then stopped by officers of a steering wheel, who found him in a state of confusion, and interrogated throughout the night.

According to his testimony, he killed the two women with stab wounds because he was exasperated by the climate that had been created for some time in the house. From a first reconstruction the mother-in-law, worried for the safety of her daughter, in recent times often stopped to sleep with them.

The murderer immediately confessed to the crimes and was arrested.
