They say that attention to detail always puts you at the forefront, as it is a secret of success and achieving achievements perfectly, whether it is in a strategic vision, a development plan, or even a small project.

In the world of Dubai real estate, for example, attention to every small detail is a major reason for the success of luxury real estate, which has recorded a qualitative leap in recent years, after the emirate established itself as one of the best entertainment and investment destinations for businessmen and the wealthy.

This success was the result of remarkable interest from real estate developers in every "detail", which served as the "key to success", and strengthened the position of Dubai real estate to be the first and preferred choice for many, which provided momentum within the market to give more attention to this category of real estate.

The attention to detail has also played a key role in increasing the market value of the property, which has led luxury real estate prices in the recent period to break records, especially in the high category that exceeded AED 100 million, and then the categories that range between AED 50 and 99 million.

Such details that are added to the property, including: swimming pool, gym, office designs, and the choice of luxury furniture, give the property an added value.

Some developers import furniture from leading countries in this field, and diversification is made between several countries in importing different parts of furniture, for example ceramics from Spain, wood from Sweden, and others.

This is in addition to paying attention to parking in the luxury property of villas or «townhouses», which should differ from other properties, as the car park must be designed in a certain way, and some are interested in placing stations for electric cars.

One aspect of luxury is that some developers buy luxury Lamborghini or Ferrari cars from within the total cost of the property itself, because when you buy a luxury property in Dubai, you are buying a high level of luxury.

Within the smallest details, for example, the choice of unique door bumpers, which may be in the form of ornate statues, and this small "detail" takes us to other details of the walls, ceramics, and other objects in the luxury property.

Meanwhile, developers have partnered with luxury brand names, as they can often sell apartments for 30% higher than brandless homes, although the percentage varies by region.

As a result, international brands competing in the luxury real estate sector, such as Four Seasons, Bvlgari and Cavalli, have emerged in Dubai, which has helped sales of this type flourish in Dubai, which has become the global capital of branded residential units.

Buyers who may be fans of the brand have a much higher level of luxury that usually far surpasses unbranded real estate development projects, and benefit from the security provided by the name they trust, which is a particularly important feature in pre-construction sales, or for those buyers who buy the property from abroad without seeing it. Also, these homes are usually delivered fully furnished.
