Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) and member of Dubai Council, inaugurated the fourth edition of Big Bad Wolf, the world's largest book sale event, which offers more than one million distinguished books in the scientific, cultural, literary and intellectual fields, with significant discounts of more than 75% of the price of the original book.

Her Highness was briefed on the exhibition, which will be held in Dubai Studio City until April 16, of books and publications displayed in their various disciplines that address different cultures and nationalities, which is in harmony with the cultural diversity in Dubai, and reflects the UAE's approach to encouraging different knowledge sectors and motivating its society with all its components to read, read and benefit from various sources of knowledge.

Her Highness praised the role of the exhibition and its contribution to building a knowledge-based environment characterized by inclusiveness and richness, and facilitating access to books and acquiring them at nominal prices, stressing that this cultural celebration enhances Dubai's position as an intellectual crossroads and a platform for cultural diversity, and is in line with the thought and approach of its wise leadership, which believes in the importance of reading and culture in supporting the comprehensive development process of societies.

Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed pointed out that the objectives of the exhibition are in line with Dubai's cultural vision that seeks to consolidate the emirate's position as a global center for culture, an incubator for creativity, and a thriving hub for talent, and said: "The exhibition embodies part of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, regarding the importance of strengthening the cultural and knowledge sector, spreading the culture of reading and empowering it in society, and building generations that realize the value of books and their role in bringing about a comprehensive and sustainable development renaissance.
