US actress Kaley Cuoco "The Big Bang Theory") and her boyfriend, "Ozark" actor Tom Pelphrey, have become parents. "Introducing: Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light in our lives!" read a post on the actress's Instagram profile.
They were "overjoyed and grateful for this small miracle". The 37-year-old published several photos of her daughter, Pelphrey and herself. Matilda was born on March 30.
The actor also published a post in which the family can be seen. "Eternally grateful for the strength and bravery of my soulmate and best friend," the 40-year-old wrote.
Cuoco and Pelphrey met in April 2022 at the premiere of the new "Ozark" season and first appeared on Instagram as a couple in May. At the Emmy Awards Gala in September, they walked the red carpet together. In October, Cuoco announced her pregnancy.
It was not until September 2021 that Cuoco announced his marriage to Karl Cook. The rider and horse trainer had married the actress in June 2018. She had previously been married to tennis player Ryan Sweeting for two years.
Cuoco has become famous through the US series "The Big Bang Theory". In it, she played the waitress and actress Penny, who is friends with a clique of weird scientists. The award-winning sitcom ended in 2019 after twelve years and 279 episodes.
