A man in his 20s accused of faking himself into believing he was a middle school student, approaching an elementary school student and sexually assaulting her multiple times has pleaded guilty to all charges in court.

The Jeju District Court's 2nd Criminal Division (Chief Judge Jin Jae-kyung) conducted the first trial of Mr. A (30), who was put on trial on charges such as violating the Special Law on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (rape of a minor under the age of 13) on the morning of today (25).

According to the facts of the prosecution's complaint, in October last year, Miss A, who approached Miss B, an elementary school student, by deceiving herself on social media that she was a first-year junior high school student, is accused of committing sexual violence crimes such as similar sexual acts and sexual assault through various threats for about two months.

When Miss B refused to meet, Miss A threatened to "spread the fact of sexual intercourse to her schoolmates" and summoned Miss B to continue the crime.

The prosecution said that "the defendant committed sexual violence against an elementary school student who was only under the age of 10 by threatening her," and that there may be more crimes for which the date and place cannot be specified, and asked the court to order the attachment of a location tracking electronic device to Mr. A.

Standing in court that day, Mr. A said, "I admit all the charges."

The court is scheduled for a second hearing on the morning of May 1.
