Actor Shim Eun-woo has come forward to explain his allegations of "school violence" (school violence).

On Jan. 24, Shim Eun-woo posted on his social media, "I've been wearing the labels of 'school bomber' and 'school bomb actor' for more than two years. Since the day the drama 'The Glory' aired in January this year, it has been tagged as a second Yeonjin."

Earlier, Shim Eun-woo was embroiled in allegations of a massacre in March last year. At the time, a user in the online community claimed that she was "bullied under the leadership of Shim Eun Woo in middle school," and Shim Eun Woo apologized, saying, "I apologize to a friend who was hurt by my immature attitude in the past."

Shim Eun-woo, who was unable to speak to the alleged student at the time, recalled, "The next day, numerous articles about the alleged assault were posted on the Internet portal," adding, "I couldn't even have any conversation with the friend, so the agency at the time had no choice but to deny it because it couldn't unconditionally admit what I didn't remember, which led to the truth workshop unintentionally."

Shim Eun-woo revealed that he was filming the drama "Fly Up Butterfly" when the allegations of assault surfaced. Sim Eun-woo, who was pressed and scared by the situation in which everyone in the drama team was being harmed by the allegations leveled against him, expressed his gratitude, saying, "The drama team was able to get me off as an actor for the alleged assault, but they chose not to let me off because I was willing to apologize so that my friend's heart would not be fleeting." "Peedee personally visited the East Sea's friend's parents' house and apologized repeatedly, and the friend expressed that she didn't want to meet me, so Peedee and my agency at the time met her and her sister in person and apologized. I sincerely apologized in a public apology on my Instagram at the time."

However, he expressed his resentment, saying, "It was so acceptable that I apologized." In his first year of middle school, he emphasized that he was not a model student and that "if I am in his difficult memories, even once, my apologies are sincere and still sincere." However, he confessed, "It is very upsetting and difficult that The Glory Second Yeonjin, who was mistaken for the perpetrator of the assault during my entire school days, and now has been brutally inflicted on physical harm, and Yeonjin has been branded as the same person."

Shim Eun-woo, who also thinks that school violence should be eradicated, expressed his frustration, saying, "The bad guys in 'The Glory' are the same people who think that they should be punished, but all the time they have spent working hard for their dream of becoming an actor is denied by one anonymous post, and they are asked for a seemingly endless time of self-reflection who does not know who is judging, and they are attacked by countless people who do not have the opportunity to work and do not know their faces."

"I have parents and I have a family. I will not pass by in the future and report it for punishment," he said, adding, "I am very sorry if there are people who have been hurt a little bit in the past because of my inadequacies. Mom and dad, family, loved ones. I'm so sorry. I love you."
