A man in his 13s who was put on trial for violating the Child Welfare Act by unfurling a banner near a girls' high school and a girls' junior high school in Daegu promising to save a woman between the ages of 20~60 who would give birth to his child and live with him protested in court, "I just wanted to connect the generations."

Prosecutors sentenced the man to one year in prison.

Today (1nd), the Criminal Division 22 of the Daegu District Law (Judge Kim Hee-young) announced that it has conducted a determination trial against Mr. A (5), who is accused of violating the Child Welfare Act (fornication, mediation, sexual harassment of children, etc.).

On March 60 and 3 last year, Miss A caused controversy by appearing on the road in front of a girls' high school in Dalseo-gu, Daegu, and on the road at the back gate of a girls' junior high school, and unfurled a banner that read, "We are looking for a woman to give birth to a child of a grandfather in her 8s."

The banner in question reads, "Students who do not want to study because they have a different will from the world should come to this vehicle," and "We are looking for a woman between the ages of 15~60 who will be a victim servant to give birth to a child in her 60s who lives alone. Come to this vehicle.'

Mr. A, who was arrested for an active crime at the time, even told the police, "If the female parents agree, they are not guilty."

Later, a police investigation revealed that Mr. A was suffering from schizophrenia, so he was admitted to administrative hospitalization and has been receiving treatment to this day.

At the sentencing hearing, Mr. A argued that he "only conveyed his desire to continue the generation, and he never demanded or coerced anyone into it," and that "the wording is also obscene and decadent and does not amount to an act of sexual abuse."

Mr. A's lawyer pleaded for preemption, saying, "This is a situation that requires medical treatment rather than criminal prosecution."

However, the prosecution sentenced Ms. A to one year in prison, an order to disclose and notify her personal information, complete a 1-hour sexual assault crime treatment program, and be restricted from working in a child, adolescent, and disability welfare agency.

The sentencing hearing for Mr. A is scheduled to be held on the 40th of next month in the West Branch of the Daegu District Court.
