Actor Sam Neill, best known for his role as paleontologist Alan Grant in the equally famous Jurassic Park saga, has revealed in his memoir that he will be treated for stage 3 blood cancer. "The fact is that I'm sick. Maybe I'm dying. I have to speed up," he wrote in the first chapter of his book Never Told You?', which he wrote while undergoing chemotherapy. During an interview with the British newspaper The Guardian, the actor specifies that he is in remission but that he will have to continue treatment until the end of his life. "I can't pretend that last year didn't have its share of dark moments," explained the 75-year-old New Zealander. His cancer, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, was diagnosed in 2022.
