Show host Jung Yoon-jung has apologized for swearing during a live home shopping broadcast.

Jung Yoon-jung posted on his social media account today (17th), "As many of you have heard through the media, I admit to using inappropriate expressions, or more precisely, profanity, during the broadcast on January 1, and I sincerely bow my head and apologize to all the valuable customers who have always given me affection and attention when I am hurt by this, and to all the broadcasters who have had to endure a lot of inconvenience and damage."

He continued, "Being in a position where I meet a good product and receive undeserved love, I have always had to look back at myself and think about giving back the love I received, but I ended up saying something that I should never have said. At first, I didn't even realize it myself, but many people pointed out my mistakes, and I also realized how much wrong I had made by repeating the last episode countless times. I'm sorry again for the delay in even offering a sincere apology," he added.

Jung Yoon-jung said, "In the midst of the scolding that many people have conveyed through the comments, there were many words of gratitude that must be engraved on today's Jung Yoon-jung and tomorrow's Jung Yoon-jung. I'll take a look at it and look back further. And in the future, I will live more responsibly, more humbly and repaying for the hard work and love of all those who have made me who I am for more than 28 years."

Jung Yoon-jung was annoyed when the merchandise sold out during the live broadcast of home shopping on January 20 was sold out before the airtime was filled, but he could not end the broadcast early. He even spat out profanities during the process, which drew protests from viewers.

As a result, a number of complaints were filed with the Korea Communications Review Commission (abbreviated as the Vigilance Review Committee). Some netizens even took to Jung Yoon-jung's social media to post critical comments. Zhang Yunzheng then said, "Never watch my SNS, broadcast. When you're angry, you get stressed, which is bad for your health."
