The volunteers of the SNSM, National Society of Sea Rescue, rescued, Thursday afternoon, the owner of a sailboat of about ten meters, between Carnon and Palavas-les-Flots (Hérault), near Montpellier, reports the association. According to Midi Libre, the boat found itself in difficulty due to an engine failure.



"The engine started smoking, before stopping, confides the owner to the daily. I was swept away by the current and wind, and drifted to the beach. Stranded a few meters from the beach, the sailboat was towed to the port. No one was injured.
