«Culture» launches from France «World Council for Emirates Youth»

The Ministry of Culture and Youth, in cooperation with the UAE Embassy in Paris, has launched the World Council for Emirati Youth in France, which aims to enhance the participation of Emirati scholarship students by establishing a representative platform that includes all Emirati youth on scholarships.

This came during a meeting held at the embassy in the presence of Hind Mana Al Otaiba, UAE Ambassador to the French Republic, a number of representatives of the Ministry of Culture and Youth, and members of the Council, during which they reviewed the strategy of the youth sector in the country, the mechanism of work of the youth councils system, and its role in influencing and supporting student initiatives, and involving scholarship students in the French Republic.

The Global Youth Councils provide an opportunity to transfer best practices to and from the country through the relevant authorities, to contribute to supporting the national development process, exchanging global expertise and experiences in the framework of developing vital sectors and enhancing their productive capabilities, in addition to reflecting a bright image of the UAE and the advanced reality it lives in various sectors, by enhancing the participation of Emirati scholarship students around the world, and building a generation familiar with global trends by establishing a representative platform for all Emirati youth on scholarships abroad.

Mubarak Al Nakhi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Youth, said: "The UAE has been able to go a long way in supporting and empowering youth through ambitious visions and strategies established by the wise leadership, and contributed to the creation of an integrated infrastructure, which played an active role in enhancing the spirit of leadership and responsibility within them by involving them in the decision-making process at the level of various vital sectors, and enhancing their self-confidence as effective and influential elements in enhancing and consolidating the reputation and status of the country, and advancing the process of development and development and foreseeing the future."

Hind Mana Al Otaiba, UAE Ambassador to the French Republic, said: "The launch of the World Emirates Youth Council in France greatly serves the diplomatic efforts seeking to consolidate bilateral relations between the two countries in all scientific and practical fields, including trade, cultural and other exchanges, especially that Emirati youth are well aware that they represent their country in international forums, to constantly prove their ability to excel in all sectors, and to present a picture that shows the world the level of progress reached by the UAE."

Board Members

The Council includes in its membership 10 scholarship students, who study in French universities a number of diverse academic disciplines, which is an important factor that contributes to the formulation of a road map for the paths of motivating young people by providing them with the tools, means and all the necessary capabilities for them to be the best representatives of their country and society, including: Dr. Badr Salem Al-Nuaimi, who teaches endocrinology, diabetes and nutritional diseases at the University of Lyon in France, and Sarah Abdul Hamid Mohammed Al-Tandi, who teaches dermatology at Paul Sabatier University. The third in France, Sultan Mohammed Matar Al Kaabi, studying the French Board in Dermatology at the University of Paris, Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Harthy, who is studying liver and digestive diseases at the University of Rennes, Dr. Fatima Abdul Rahman Al-Hammadi, who is studying gastrointestinal and internal surgery at the University of Strasbourg in France and the Aircad Center, Latifa Khalifa Al-Qubaisi, studying law in contracts, companies and family at the University of Paris, France, and Dr. Fatima Saleh Al-Ameri, studying plastic surgery and burn restoration at the University of Paris. Saeed Mohammed Al Awadhi, who is studying oral and maxillofacial surgery – French Board at the University of Montpellier, France, and Mohammed Ahmed Qarwash Al Falasi, who is completing his pediatric neurosurgery at La Timon Hospital in Marseille,

and Maryam Khalfan Al-Qaydi, who is studying for a PhD in physics at the University of Picardy Jules Verne, France.
