Rapper voyeur (real name Kim Jin-woo), who was accused of illegally photographing his ex-girlfriend's body and distributing it in a KakaoTalk group room with acquaintances, has been sentenced to prison.

At the trial of the boatman on charges of illegal filming and dissemination at 15 p.m. on the 5th at the Western District Court in Seoul, the boatman said, "I admit all the facts of the charge." said. The boatman said, "During the original investigation, he apologized to the victim but refused to compensate her financially. If given the opportunity, I will try to reach an agreement with the victims." Argued.

In his final statement, the boatman said, "I will never make this mistake again. I apologize once again to the victim and will try to be a better person because of this incident." said. The boatman's lawyer also emphasized that the incident has caused the boatman to stop all activities, including being a singer, and that he is suffering from the hardships of life and continues to reflect.

The prosecutor said, "The damage is substantial, including that the defendant illegally filmed against the victim's will, circulated the photos in a single room where acquaintances participated, had mocking conversations, failed to reach an agreement with the victim, and the victim made extreme attempts in this case." He asked the court to impose a sentence of one year and six months in prison.

The boatman is accused of illegally filming Mr. A in Yangyang, Gangwon Province, in 1 and distributing it in a group message room with dozens of acquaintances. When the incident became known due to Mr. A's revelations, the boatman admitted the charges and turned himself in to the police station and was charged with non-arrest.

Victim A, who was given the opportunity to make a victim's statement, said, "Even though we dated with a crush before we got married, we were asked to go on a trip on the day the album was released, so we went to bed for the first time at the place we went to, and then we were secretly circulated. In addition, I belatedly found out that there were mockings such as "conditional woman", "kissing girl", and "big lady" in the single room. This shocked him so much that he tried several extremes, suffered from circular hair loss, gave up what he liked to do, and went down to his hometown. Even though I was worried that I would be revealed, the defendant sat down not only with my husband's friends but also on the air. He even put on an embroidery show with a lawyer on the day he agreed to settle with me. It's not a true reflection."

Finally, Mr. A said, "I am a victim of a sex crime and I have not been able to inform people or file a few petitions, but the defendant has received petitions from several people. I only wanted heartfelt remorse and restitution of damage, but I knew that the defendant no longer had that kind of heart. Please punish them severely. My husband (Dun Mills) is being ridiculed as a "pompon" because of me. I didn't ruin my husband's life, the defendant ruined my life, and don't let the law knock me down." He asked the court to impose heavy punishments.

The sentencing hearing for the boatman will be held at 6 a.m. on the 2018th of next month.
