On the unprecedented champagne red carpet - of this color for the first time since 1960 - the dream dresses chosen by Hollywood stars for the 95th edition of the Oscars paraded. The light colors are the masters, a little black and hazards in color.

The undisputed queen of the evening was the Chinese actress Fan Bingbing, star of X-men, who for her first time at the Oscars, chose the glam of old Hollywood with a sparkling mermaid dress by Tony Ward with a sweetheart neckline and sumptuous emerald green cape, wave hair and fiery red lipstick.

Shine is the watchword and crystals and sequins sparkle on the silver dress of Malala Yousafzai, Nobel Peace Prize winner, who fled from the Pakistani Taliban: instead of the hijab she sports a 'capuche' dress by Ralph Lauren. Sequins also for Jamie Lee Curtis, at the first Oscar of his career, wrapped in a long dress in shades of Dolce and Gabbana's powder. In white the best actress Michelle Yeoh and Sofia Carson in "princess" style with a ball gown by Giambattista Valli and Chopard jewels.

Very nice Ana de Armas, nominated for best actress for 'Blonde', in Louis Vuitton. Perfect Hong Chau, nominated for Best Supporting Actress in 'The Whale', in a custom Prada dress, with the addition of a Korean collar as a tribute to her roots. Aggressive and punk Florence Pugh and Cara Delevingne. The first in Valentino couture, strapless, empire line, also with sumptuous cape and giant puff and slit sleeves to show off black shorts, all accompanied by a Tiffany necklace. The second with a beautiful ball gown in red silk taffeta with slit and bow on the shoulder. She paired the look with a Bulgari snake choker in white gold and emeralds.

In Valentino couture, Stephanie Hsu, best supporting actress for 'Everything Everywhere All at Once'. Regal Michelle Williams, nominated for best actress for 'The Fabelmans', in white silk chiffon, with silver bustier bodice covered with sparkling pearls and embroidered sequins, signed Chanel.

In black, very rock, Rihanna, with black Alaia leather train and belly on display. While Lady Gaga opted for a black Versace fresh from the catwalk. Then on stage, to sing Hold My Hand from the soundtrack of Top Gun: Maverick, he chose a simple black T-shirt and ripped jeans.
