Five young people have died in a car accident near Karlsruhe. Two other people were seriously injured in the accident in Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen.

The driver of the car and his three passengers died at the scene of the accident, as did a passenger of the large-capacity taxi. All accident victims were between the ages of 25 and 29 years, said the spokesman.
