downtown Seoul is trapped in ashen dust.

The shape of the building is hard to recognize, just like a foggy filter.

Even the tallest building in the country is barely recognizable at the top.

Citizens who have gone out to enjoy the spring cannot hide their regret.

[Park Sung-min, Yoo Sung-seong/Gyeonggi Anyang: I didn't know it was this much, but I think it's a burden to be outdoors for a long time, so I think I'll go down and switch to indoor activities.]

Today (11th), the concentration of ultrafine dust in Seoul once soared to 77 μg per cubic meter, Incheon 78, and Chungnam 69 μg, and ultrafine dust advisories were issued in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungnam, and Gyeongnam.

The mild spring weather continued today.

Citizens exercising in short sleeves and shorts are also noticeable.

[Kim Do-hyun/Eunpyeong-gu in Seoul: I came wearing a coat, but even if I stayed still, I was sweating and had to take it off.]

Today, the maximum temperature in Seoul was 22.8 degrees Celsius and in Icheon, Gyeonggi, it was 25.4 degrees, which was the first highest temperature ever recorded in mid-March, and Daejeon, Jeonju, and Pohang recorded the highest daily temperature this year.

However, after rain has fallen across the country since tomorrow morning, the hurried spring weather will be on the wane for a while.

From tomorrow afternoon, cold air from the northwest will push fine dust and relieve some of the dryness of the atmosphere, but the day after tomorrow morning, temperatures are expected to drop below freezing and a sparkling cold spring is expected.
