The time has come, on Saturday Loreen steps onto the final stage with the entry "Tattoo" to compete for Sweden's place in Eurovision.

And the betting sites and reviewers agree – Loreen is the top candidate in tonight's starting field, closely followed by Marcus and Martinus and Maria Sur.

- There are no words that can express the gratitude I feel, says Loreen to SVT.

Respects the stage storming

Loreen progressed from the last competition held in Malmö.

But the final place only came after an interrupted number when the stage was stormed by a climate activist.

Three people were taken into custody and the police started a preliminary investigation into illegal trespassing in connection with the incident.

But Loreen sees the action as constructive activism, which she believes is needed.

- This brave boy, because I still want to say it... We need to know that we need people who speak their mind, she says and continues:

- As long as it is constructive and not violent, because it works and I think it affects people even more.

Now in retrospect, she also says that she has respect for what happened and the person who took the stage.

- I understand what he wanted to create.

"It's good security"

The artist also says that during the break she felt a greater connection with the audience, which gave her more energy before performing the song again.

What do you think about the security, that this could happen?

- When it comes down to it, I know it's good security.

You should also know that this is a folk festival, it is a place where people have fun.

- How much should you push with the safety and what kind of energy does it give?

I've been in places where people stand with guns and the like and it's not a good energy, it's nothing that represents what we do.
