  According to the "Special Regulations on the Labor Protection of Female Employees", the employer shall strengthen the labor protection of female employees, take measures to improve the labor safety and health conditions of female employees, and shall abide by the regulations on the scope of work that female employees are prohibited from engaging in.

  Employers shall not reduce wages, dismiss female employees, or terminate labor or employment contracts with female employees due to pregnancy, childbirth, or breastfeeding.

  If a female employee cannot adapt to the original labor during pregnancy, the employer shall, according to the certificate of the medical institution, reduce the workload or arrange other suitable labor.

  For female employees who are pregnant for more than 7 months, the employer shall not extend the working hours or arrange night shift work, and shall arrange certain rest periods during the working hours.

  Pregnant female employees have prenatal check-ups during working hours, and the time required is counted as working hours.

  Female employees are entitled to 98 days of maternity leave.

  The employer arranges 1 hour of breastfeeding time for breastfeeding female employees during working hours.

  There are also relevant regulations on maternity allowances for female employees during their maternity leave, and the establishment of female employees' clinics and breastfeeding rooms.

  According to reports, the promulgation of the "Special Regulations on the Labor Protection of Female Employees" has promoted the continuous improvement of the working conditions of female employees and effectively safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of female employees in labor.
