Killian Mbappe is a professional French soccer player, of African descent, born in 1998. He won the World Cup with his country in 2018, and a new star emerged in the sky of world football while he was still under twenty years of age. Within a few years, he moved from the stadium " Leo Lagrange" sands in the suburb of Bondi where he grew up, to the top of world football.

Mbappe was nicknamed by several titles, including the nickname "koala", which his family called him for his long sleep, and the mayor of the town in which he was born and raised "Little Prince Bondi", and his teammates call him "Little Obama", and after he topped the list of world scorers during the year 2022 He has been dubbed "The New Pele" and "The Next Henry", among others such as "Galactic", "Hurricane", "Nuclear", "Tawny Deer", "The Venom", "Kiki" and "Donatello" (a Turtle character). ninja).

Mbappe refuses to promote alcohol and tattoos, so that his blood does not spoil and he can donate it. Many see him as the successor to the French star Zinedine Zidane, and the most appropriate heir who will take over the leadership of football in the world after Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

He did not start his career as a central striker, but he became an "offensive joker" who could play in any position, and became the youngest player (24 years old) to exceed the barrier of 190 goals, and he played his 200th match in mid-January 2023 with his French club Paris Saint-Germain, which is the 300th match in his career. Birth and upbringing

Kylian Mbappe Lutin was born on December 20, 1998, in the town of Bondi, north of Paris, in France, 11 km from the Stade de France stadium, which saw France crowned the World Cup.

His father is a Christian of Cameroonian and Nigerian descent, and his mother is a Muslim of Algerian descent.

His father, Wilfred, was faithful to his African culture, so he named him Kilian, which means "little fighter," while he named his youngest son Adeyemi, which means "a crown worthy of you."

Mbappe lived a harsh childhood in the suburbs known as neighborhoods full of gangs, and poverty haunted his family for a long time, and his mother said that she was afraid that someone would wake her up at night to ask her about his money back.

Mbappe had an Italian babysitter who spent a lot of time with her family, and she was a fan of Milan, from whom he later received the No. 70 Robinho shirt (Milan player) as a gift, yet Real Madrid was his favorite team always.

early addiction

According to Mbappe's autobiography, he imagined the Louvre statues as players, refused gifts that did not include football, and turned his games into an audience on the sofa while playing ball in the reception hall of the family home.

It was his first game when he was two and a half years old, and his family documented it with a video camera, and he stayed with his father and sat in the meetings of the "AS Bondy" team that he was coaching.

Wilfred said that his little boy was crazy about the round witch, watching every move in the matches on TV and learning them easily, watching between 5 and 6 matches a day, and he was sometimes annoyed by this addiction.

He also used to spend the whole day playing football in the streets, and at bedtime he used his ball as a pillow, so that he would not waste his time looking for it the next morning.

troubled childhood

The son of the Bondi suburb in his childhood was a troublemaker, a lot of talkativeness, movement, and quickly bored, so that his mother was constantly summoned to school to reduce the problems he was causing.

When he was in elementary school, he was running in the school yard, raising his hands towards the sky, representing the World Cup, which made the school principal make remarks about his "strange" behavior and excessive movement in the classroom, and she thought of turning it into a school for students with special needs.

Mbappe was not doing his homework, and he talked about football in all lessons, so that one day he came home with 9 warnings from school.

On one occasion, he made fun of a classmate's old jacket, and his mother forced him to wear 60's fashion trousers and take him to school for a week in order to discipline him.

And he liked to give him sports shoes more than games, and his mother said that he wanted to leave school in the sixth grade, to devote himself to football, but his father bullied him and pushed him to pay attention to his studies.

Sports family

Mbappe is the heir to a sports family. His father, Wilfried, was a soccer player in the ranks of "AS Bondi" (the club where Mbappe started his football career) and then a coach for more than 20 years.

As for the mother, Faiza Al-Ammari, she was a handball player in the French League during the nineties of the last century, while his adoptive brother, Jerrys Kimboa, played for the French youth team, and his uncle was a sports director in the Sedan club, while his younger brother Ethan plays in the youth team for Paris Saint-Germain.

And his mother played a big role in his love for football, through her many conversations about it in front of him, to the point that she used to make him wake up from his sleep on sports bulletins to follow her latest news.

The "iron mother" - as the French press describes her - accompanied her eldest son, Kylian, since his rise in the world of football, and played an important advisory role in all his professional decisions. Everything, she's the first to tell me you can..you're different."

Today, Mbappe's mother runs the family company that specializes in managing the three children's contracts, negotiations and advertisements.

Unknown salary and deductible expense

Mbappe's parents had adopted a strict approach to his upbringing, not allowing him to use a bank card, and for a long time they hid from him that he was earning a lot of money, in order to grow up like any normal child.

At the age of 17, when he became a professional, he was receiving an amount of 200 euros per month, at a time when his monthly salary was 85 thousand euros.

They also did not allow him to go out with friends or attend any kind of children's event. Rather, they took him to meet football stars, attend team training and follow their matches.

When Mbappe was seven, he met French football star Thierry Henry in 2005, and in 2012, he met the French player Zinedine Zidane, then he met the Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, his favorite player, and the meeting was immortalized with a picture that Zidane took of them.

Scientific study and training

The French star was a student at a private Catholic school in Bondi (from 6 to 11 years old), where he learned drama, swimming, tennis, singing and playing the flute.

He credits his teacher, Celine Bognini, for helping him learn singing, his second best hobby after football, but he is "better with his feet than his hands," as his teacher says.

Despite his participation in all sports competitions, Mbappe obtained a high school diploma in the Department of Science and Technology, through a remedial course in which he re-examined the subject of philosophy after failing because of it, and then devoted himself entirely to football.

Mbappe used to participate in competitive competitions in the school tournament, and winning it was considered a matter of life and death.

The first tournament in which he participated was mixed among all students of the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth grades, to win a plastic cup worth 2 euros.

In order to participate in it, Mbappe was begging the girls to enter the team and complete the number of its players, until one of them promised that if she presented a good level and won the cup, he would bring her a new coloring book.

football experience

At the age of four, Mbappe was distinguished by his quick response and intelligence in receiving the training and basics of playing that his father taught him, and when he reached the age of 6, his football career began with AS Bondy in 2004.

And when the club realized that young Mbappe was the best player in his age group, they moved him to play with children two years older than him, so he was called "the best" and the local children in Bondi called him "beep beep".

With the testimony of his coach, Antonio Riccardi, Mbappe did not stop playing football, and after training he continued to play with his friends in the street, so he developed quickly, and succeeded in acquiring many individual skills that became part of his talent, and he said that the boy was different and did everything better. Much faster than his peers, although his talent needed to be developed.

In 2013, he joined the Clairefontaine Academy of the French Football Federation, and because he talked a lot about his dreams of achieving titles and championships, his colleagues called him the "phantom legend."

Mbappe's star shone while he was still a young child, with his ability to dodge and score in all stages of the juniors, as a company provided him with free sports shoes since the age of ten, and two years later it offered him a special sponsorship offer for two years.

The French club Rennes had expressed its desire to include Mbappe in his academy, after inviting him to experiments in the form of a reveal tournament, but negotiations with his parents failed.

Chelsea also invited him in 2012 to test his abilities for a week, but Mbappe's mother prevented him because his officials called for a second test, according to Daniel Boga, the former scout on the team.

And he was at the age of 14, when he received an invitation from Zinedine Zidane, who was supervising the minor groups in Real Madrid, Spain, where Zidane received him at the airport in his private car, and gave him the tracksuit for the Royal Club, until Mbappe told his father that that day was the best in his life, But in the end he moved to Paris Saint-Germain.

In 2014, the Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev (one of the club's owners) was forced to pay half of his wealth to settle a dispute with his ex-wife, which made him sell the team's stars like James Rodriguez and Radamel Falcao, and some youngsters promoted to the first team, including Mbappe, and when the coach saw his performance he told His assistant immediately, "This boy should not return to the youth team again."

On the second of December 2015, Mbappe made his debut with Monaco under 19 years old, and became the youngest player to participate with the first team in the history of the club at the age of 16 years and 347 days, thus breaking the number of player Thierry Henry, who had been standing for 21 years, and when he reached Mbappe, 17 years and 62 days old, scored the first goal that enabled him to break Henry's record again.

He described the contract as financially imaginary, according to which he will earn 630 million euros, a figure that represents a quarter of the Parisian club's budget and the most expensive in history.
