Impunity on the Internet is not always the order of the day. An individual, aged 44, was presented to a judge, this Friday afternoon, in immediate appearance, at the court of Marseille, after threatening on social networks to "rape and kill" the ecologist deputy Sandrine Rousseau, reports La Provence.

According to BFM Marseille, the man is in a state of legal recidivism for having already harassed a youtuber. Originally from Aubagne, he asked for time to prepare his defence. He will be tried on March 29 and has been placed under judicial control until his appearance.
