The fifth opus of the adventures of Asterix and Obelix in the cinema, Asterix and Obelix: The Middle Kingdom, directed by Guillaume Canet, is released in theaters this Wednesday, February 1st. In the film, Gilles Lellouche and Guillaume Canet play the roles of Obelix and Asterix. But do you remember what were the faces of our irreducible Gauls in cinema in the past?   • Among the Romans, Julius Caesar took the features of Fabrice Luchini. The film "only" achieved only 4 million admissions in theaters.

  • A decade later, the faces of Obelix and Asterix have changed since Gilles Lellouche and Guillaume Canet interpret the two Gallic characters. The latter is also the director of the film Asterix and Obelix: The Middle Kingdom, released in theaters this Wednesday, February 1, with a staggering budget of 65 million euros.
