The former captain of the women's France team Amandine Henry was summoned Tuesday in the preliminary list of coach Hervé Renard for the 2023 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. Henry, 33, is one of the 26 players on Renard's pre-list, which includes Eugenie Le Sommer or Kadidiatou Diani but not Kheira Hamraoui.

The final list will include 23 players. Les Bleues start their training camp on June 20 and enter the World Cup on July 23 in Sydney against Jamaica.
