Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bounou led Sevilla to the Europa League title after a 4-1 penalty shootout win over Roma. The match ended in a 1-1 draw at the Puskas Arena in the Hungarian capital Budapest.
Sevilla dominated the game from the start, but Roma almost took the lead in the 11th minute when YASSine Bono saved Spinazzola's powerful direct shot from Paulo Dybala's cross. The referee awarded a penalty in the 31st minute when defender Nemanja Godelli kicked the "error" of Roma striker Tammy Abraham, at the level of the head.
