The Spanish league's competition committee has decided that the Mario Kempe stand at Valencia's Stadium Mastella will be closed for five games. The club is also to be fined €45,000.
This is after the racist taunts that Real Madrid's Vinícius Júnior endured on Sunday. Police have arrested a total of seven people suspected of "racist insults" and hate crimes. Three youths in connection with the match in question, and four people in Madrid suspected of hanging a black inflatable doll from a bridge earlier this year.
