Italy's Federal Court of Appeal announced on May 5 the outcome of a retrial of Juventus' financial fraud case. Juve were originally second with 69 points, but only 10 after being penalized for 59 points.
If Juve can win the last game of the 5th round of Serie A on May 23, they can reach 36 points, just two points behind fourth-placed AC Milan. Inter Milan and AC Milan are third and fourth respectively, holding the initiative in the fight for four.
