The Royal Spanish Football Federation has agreed with the Technical Committee of Referees to dispense with Ignacio Iglesias Villanueva after what happened in Mestalla. Real Madrid criticized in a statement the action of Vinícius' expulsion in Valencia and urged the RFEF to take action.
The reaction of the Federation has been immediate and according to federal sources point to EFE, the refereeing direction of the referee De Burgos Bengoechea was unbeatable.
