Senegalese international Sadio Mane, Bayern Munich striker, is on the cusp of leaving the Bavarian side after one disappointing season. Mane joined Bayern Munich in the summer of 2022 from Liverpool, in a deal that cost the German team's treasury 35 million euros.
Chelsea are leading the race to sign Mane, after a dismal season at all levels, and in the first year of American owner Todd Boelly. Newcastle United's management will be generous to coach Eddie Howe, giving him the budget to conclude signings worthy of the team's participation in the Champions League.
