Karim Benzema has signed for three seasons at Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia. He joins Cristiano Ronaldo who plays for Al-Nassr and will be one of the attractions of the country.
The arrival of Benzema is part of the great Saudi offensive targeting the stars of European football. Eventually, all the Ballon d'Or since 2008 could end up in the Saudi championship. Luka Modric and Lionel Messi are also on the list of aging football stars targeted by the kingdom.
