Devon Allen is the third-fastest hurdler in the 110-meter of all time. The 28-year-old is also part of the NFL finalist Philadelphia Eagles' squad.
Allen has been away from athletics for almost ten months. He made a comeback just over a month ago, but the form is not quite there yet. The World Championships in Budapest, which starts on August 19, will be Allen's first major event since he left the sport in the summer of 2016.
