The Competition Committee has sanctioned Valencia CF with the partial closure of the Mestalla stadium for five matches for the racist insults received by Vinicius. The Committee, composed of three members representing the RFEF, LaLiga and the CSD, considers it proven that, as reflected by the referee in his minutes, there were racist shouts at the Real Madrid player.
Valencia is imposed an economic penalty of 45,000 euros and nullifies the red card that De Burgos Bengoetxea showed the player.
