The PGA Tour and the Saudi Arabian LIV Golf federation have agreed to merge. The move ends two years of litigation between the two organizations.

The PGA will hold a majority of the shares in the new company. It is unclear what will happen to players who left the PGA for LIV in the future. The new company will be known as the LIV Tour, which will continue to be run by the same team. The LIV tour will be based in Saudi Arabia, with the rest of its players based in the United States.
