Bianca Salming is making a push towards high jump ahead of the World Athletics Championships in Budapest at the end of August. The qualifying limit is set at a tough 1.97 but it is also possible to reach the World Cup via a ranking system.
Salming has jumped 1.84 as a best, compared to a personal best of 1.92. Her next race is on Sunday in the first round of the Folksam Grand Prix in Sollentuna. Her program airs July 4 on Swedish radio P1.
