Andreas Domeij, 42, replaces Ingrid Vikman as women's coach of the Swedish cross-country team. "It feels like a cool challenge, it's an inspiring environment," says Domeij.
"I strongly believe in participation, that you have a common responsibility and demands on each other," he says. Domeij will travel with the women's team to Sognefjord, Norway, for eight days to train on snow, starting on Monday. He hopes to be able to contribute with a philosophy that is about community.
