Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova commented on the statement by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov. She said the statement testifies to the financing by the United States of the terrorist Kiev regime.

Earlier, the speaker of the State Duma of Russia, Vyacheslav Volodin, stressed that the purpose of theterrorist attacks organized by theterrorist Kiev regime is to intimidate and destroy those who tell the truth.
