U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry says that the U.S.-led coalition in Ukraine is ready to provide assistance to the country.

Kerry said that the United States is prepared to provide help to Ukraine if necessary. The U.N. Security Council has approved a resolution to provide aid to Ukraine. The resolution will be voted on by the UN Security Council in a few days. The vote is expected to be the first of its kind since the start of the conflict in Ukraine in 2004.
