The company War3m will build greenhouses that will use the heat from the data center in Verksmon. Exactly how many greenhouses will be built is not clear yet.
The plan is for the greenhouses to generate about 800 year-round jobs. The cost is estimated at just over SEK 4 billion. The money comes from institutional investors, so-called ESG funds, says Fredrik Indebetou, founder of the company War 3m. The company has more establishments in Sweden.
