American writer David Ignacious says that the Pentagon leaks painted a bleak picture of Ukraine's situation in the ongoing war between it and Russia. Ignacious explained that the most important change compared to the assessment contained in the leaked documents is the proof of the failure of the Russian winter attack.
He went on to say of Pakhmut that hope is not a strategy, but Ukraine's will to win and its determination to expel the Russians from its territory at all costs may be the mostimportant factor.
