[HIGHLIGHTS] US public radio NPR ceases its activities on Twitter, which "undermines" its "credibility"

US public broadcaster NPR announced Wednesday that its "accounts (...) will no longer be active on Twitter" The radio had protested last week after being labeled "media affiliated with the American state" by Elon Musk's social network. Twitter changed its mention to refer to NPR as a "government-funded" body, a label also added to the British BBC.

Elon Musk assured Wednesday in an interview with the BBC that the management of Twitter had been comparable to a "roller coaster" and acknowledged "many mistakes"
