US public broadcaster NPR announced Wednesday that its "accounts (...) will no longer be active on Twitter" The radio had protested last week after being labeled "media affiliated with the American state" by Elon Musk's social network. Twitter changed its mention to refer to NPR as a "government-funded" body, a label also added to the British BBC.
