The grand jury is looking into attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. In March, a judge ordered Mike Pence to testify about conversations he had with Donald Trump before his supporters stormed the Capitol. Donald Trump had tried to prevent any testimony from Mike Pence, but a federal appeals court rejected his request. The former VP could be among those vying for the Republican nomination for president in 2024.
