Kommunal in Kiruna is in favour of employing people as young as 17-year-olds in elderly care. It would relieve the existing staff and give young people an insight into what it means to work in the care sector.
The response from the 17- year-olds has been far below expectations and both the municipality and the union Kommunal believe that they have marketed the initiative too poorly. In the video, Gunilla Eliasson tells us how she thinks about it.
