Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called for even more arms aid when he visited the EU foreign ministers' meeting outside Stockholm on Saturday. The focus of the discussions during the informal ministerial meeting was how best to ensure that all munitions arrive in Ukraine as quickly as possible.
"Everyone knows our requirements by heart. The question is how we realize them, he says to SVT News. "We have proven over the past year that we can defeat Russia on the battlefield and get the Russian army to flee. All that is needed is self-confidence"
