Swedish presidency has commissioned the National Board of Trade to lead a group in the EU that will investigate the possibilities. It is still unclear whether the proposal is legal, says Swedish Finance Minister Elisabeth Svantesson. The matter will be investigated during the Swedish Presidency of the European Union.
