Trade union Seko and Almega Tågföretagen agree on a new contract for rail traffic. The two-year agreement involves a salary increase and a model for how employees should be compensated with leave for schedule changes that come close to the intended shifts.

Not all members are satisfied with the agreement reached by the trade union. "I'm a little disappointed that they didn't put their foot down and show that they are serious about this," says train driver Martin Morén, who would rather have seen a strike.
