Amanda Bäckås was crowned the winner of a competition for the best young chef in Sweden. The final winner will be crowned at the Baltic Sea Festival in Karlshamn later this month.
The menu included biscuits, herring, fried chicken and home cooking with a twist. See more of the competition from Vägga upper secondary school in the video above. The winner of the contest will be announced at the end of the festival on September 28. The winners will be chosen by a panel of judges, including the headmaster of the school.
