Every fifth employee at the Port of Helsingborg risks losing their job. Reduced imports and exports as well as Skåneterminalen's red numbers are behind this.
There was great concern when the dockworkers manifested outside the town hall at the city council. Over a hundred dock workers of different ages took to the demonstration signs to show their displeasure. The notice applies, among other things, to the Skåne terminal, which is the port's storage and transshipment part. It is unprofitable and should be demolished.
