The Supreme Court has denied on Monday the precautionary suspension requested by Laura Borràs of the agreement of the Electoral Board. The High Court points out that Borrás' brief does not offer "any argument" to justify the urgency that requires a precautionary suspended.

The Supreme Court gives ten days to the Central Electoral Board for allegations before deciding on the measure. The Electoral Board withdraws the seat and opens file to Isabel Rodríguez for the electoral use of the Moncloa Palace.
