The National Court has given the go-ahead to investigate Dina Bousselham and her partner, Ricardo S.F., for alleged crimes of false testimony, false complaint and simulation of crime. The judge of the 'Dina case' proposes to investigate a false complaint for which he blames Pablo Iglesias.
The case is in relation to the piece of the Villarejo case in which the alleged theft of her mobile card is investigated. The third section of the Criminal rejects the appeal against the decision of the judge.
