[HIGHLIGHTS] The National Court endorses the eviction of an ordinance who has lived 37 years in the basement of the Center for Legal Studies

The National Court (AN) has ratified the eviction order against an ordinance of the Center for Legal Studies (CEJ) The ordinance has been living for 37 years "in an area of approximately 50 m2 on the basement floor of the headquarters of the autonomous body" The man appealed claiming at all times that he lived there "because of his job" The National High Court agrees with the CEJ in understanding that "it has amply expressed and informed the appellant of the will to recover the part of a property"
