Moldova has fulfilled about 80% of the conditions that were put forward by the European Commission (EC) in order for the country to start negotiations on joining the EU. The official representative of the European Union's foreign policy service, Peter Stano, said earlier that Brussels is helping Chisinau resist the alleged "harmful interference" from Russia.
