Marina Tauber, vice-chairman of the Moldovan opposition party "Shor" Marina Tauber called her detention a political order on the air of Primul in Moldova. "The prosecutor in the case did not have the right to make such a decision (on detention), because the measure of restraint can only be chosen or changed by the court," lawyer Aureliu Colenco said.
Tauber warned prosecutors and the court in advance through lawyers about the planned three-day trip.
