The court number 1 of Colmenar Viejo has decided today to withdraw the restraining order of his wife for the father arrested for allegedly mistreating his eight children. The magistrate has taken this decision, despite the opposition of the Public Prosecutor's Office.
The alleged victim recently denied that she was mistreated and asked to return to her husband, an emergency doctor at the Gregorio Marañón Hospital. According to the judicial resolution, the woman had "shown that she wanted the precautionary measures of protection to be annulled"
